These Terms govern your use of nellaevewood.shop and purchases from Nella Evewood. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store and product

We sell downloadable educational resources for parents and caregivers. Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated. We aim to present information accurately but may correct genuine errors before or after an order.

2. Orders and payment

You agree to provide current and accurate purchase information. Orders are subject to payment authorisation and fraud checks. We may cancel or refund an order where payment fails, fraud is suspected, pricing is clearly erroneous or law requires it.

3. Digital delivery

The Evening Back Plan is delivered digitally after successful payment, normally through an on-screen download and/or email. You are responsible for entering a working email address and maintaining compatible software and internet access.

4. Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants one household a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. You may print copies for your household. You may not copy for others, upload, share, publish, resell, sublicense, redistribute or use the product commercially.

5. Intellectual property

The store design, brand, written content, graphics and digital products are owned by or licensed to Nella Evewood and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer with purchase.

6. Educational disclaimer

The product provides general educational information and is not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat or guarantee a particular sleep or behavioural outcome. Seek qualified professional help where appropriate.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape content unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access or use the store in violation of law or another person's rights.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, including the stated 30-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to applicable consumer law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the store or product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the store, product or law. The version published at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
