You may request help under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee within 30 calendar days of purchase. Contact us using the email address below and include the email used at checkout and your order number.

2. Eligible refund requests

We will review requests involving a duplicate purchase, a verified technical problem that prevents access, an incorrect file, or a good-faith request that the toolkit is not right for you. We may first offer reasonable help to resolve download or file-access problems.

3. Digital-product conditions

No physical return is required. Because access is delivered digitally, we may refuse requests involving fraud, repeated refund abuse, violation of the personal-use licence, or unauthorised copying, sharing, resale or redistribution. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Refund timing

If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears and processing times can vary.
